Refund Policy: For any online order, if a refund is required please contact us through email where this can be organised. We will request a reason as well as photographed evidence of any damaged or faulty items. All sizes of items are clearly listed in descriptions ,so therefore, items will not be refunded for this reason. No refunds will be issued until we are in possession of the item,where we will refund the original cost of the item,as well as the cost of postage for return. This is to ensure the protection of customers and our business. If a purchase is made in store, the company policy states we will not issue a refund, but store credit will be issued for the full cost of the item. We will need a receipt for this. All returns must be carried out within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund/ store credit. All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch with photographic evidence- refund fraud is a criminal offence and will not be tolerated.
Package and Postage: All items are delivered through Royal Mail with insured shipping. This ensures protection throughout the delivery process. Tracking is available with every purchase,a tracking number will be sent through email upon order.
Secure payments: For online orders, we accept credit cards, debit cards and digital wallets. We use encryption, tokenization and multi-factor authentication to ensure protection of sensitive customer data. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
